No, I'm not talking head to toe camouflage, but I do love the look of an army style jacket this time of year. Apparently, I love
the color olive! I talked about it as the perfect color for fall in this
post a couple of weeks ago, but here I'm talking about the more specific idea of a military inspired jacket. It's the perfect bit of edge to add to an outfit, and the faded olive color goes with everything. And it's the right amount of warmth when you need an extra layer now that the evenings and mornings are beginning to cool off, but it's not really cold yet. It's a lightweight jacket, but it definitely looks more at home in the fall than in the spring. Take a look!
Love the casual look with sneakers and ripped jeans. Saturday coffee run here I come!
Love it with black.
And it even works as a casual topper over a dress.
Love it with white! And it's a great way to extend the use of those white jeans into fall!
Love everything about this!
Here Olivia Palermo wears it with an otherwise dressy outfit.
Okay, this one is camouflage, but so cute!
I looked around the web a little and found some great options this season! (I've included some affiliate links for your convenience).
Love the Madewell
ones! Mine is theirs from last year.
